A unique opportunity to purchase an unregistered, virtually as new, 1976 Lancia Gamma Berlina.
DESCRIPTION
- This amazing Gamma Berlina was ordered new (in RHD) in 1976 through a Lancia dealer in Turin for an English client who was working in Italy at the time. On taking delivery of the car the dealer was unable to track down the prospective buyer and simply pushed the car to the back of the workshop where it stood for 38 years
- Our vendor managed to purchase the Lancia in 2014 with only 16 miles on the clock
- Although the car had only covered delivery miles, it was in need of some recommissioning. The owner wanted the car to be left as new and had a local company, Originale Italiano, carry out the work
- At some point during its 38 years with the dealer, the 2.5 engine was removed and substituted with a 2 litre. During the recommission, a 2.5 litre engine of the correct vintage and age was sourced from the Netherlands and overhauled.
- A specially commissioned hardback book illustrates the 600+ hour recommissioning programme
- Recently featured and road tested in Auto Italia Magazine
- Only 79 miles recorded – mostly by the above road test
- Imported to the UK on a NOVA with all taxes paid

Car came with a 2000 cc engine as during part of its time stored in the Lancia Dealership in Turin its original 2500 cc was removed as one can only assume to be used in another Gamma where the engine had failed. The 2000 cc engine was fully rebuilt and is available for separate sale. A 2500 cc engine of the correct vintage and age was sourced from the Netherlands and overhauled. On registration this engines number can be applied to the new V5. A note detailing the refurbishment work is provided in the cars history file.

Any cars not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our EM Rogers storage facility in
Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day from Monday 2nd August onwards.
Motorcycles
Our motorcycle transport partners, Moving Motorcycles, can assist with collection and delivery.

Any motorcycles not collected by 3pm on Monday 2nd August will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a

Automobilia can be collected from The Wing over the weekend or Monday morning between 9am
and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
