SUMMARY
From 40-year ownership with 30 of those years spent in a barn. To be sold at No Reserve.
DESCRIPTION
- This classic British convertible was purchased by its third and current owner in 1982 from Leyland Cars, Moreton-in-Marsh
- In storage since 1991, and indicating just 69,000 miles, the Stag is in need of a full restoration
- Still fitted with its original 3-litre V8 engine and Borg-Warner Type 35 3-speed automatic transmission
- Finished in Tahiti Blue over what’s believed to be its original Biscuit Ambla interior and sitting on 5-spoke silver alloys
- Factory-fitted equipment includes electric windows, a single wing-mirror and the desirable factory hard top
- Supplied with its original Passport to Service, service and maintenance invoices, Bill of Sale to our vendor and a Haynes workshop manual
- A proper barn find. Interested parties are invited to have a look at this venerable Stag and establish whether a restoration is viable or could it be split for spares
