Vehicle History
Remarks
The car is Red but was originally Blue. The car has been off the road for many years, but as it is been stored, has survived. Some recommissioning will be required, but should make a nice car for the right person when finished. Going through my records, I also found two bills (attached to the listing), as part of a wider collection of old bills etc for the car. These bills may be interesting because they show details of the structural work that was conducted on the car in the distant past. The reason that these are useful is that the mileage of the vehicle has not increased substantially since the work (particularly the work in 2002) was done. Hence, this could give a bidder a better idea of the likely potential structural state of the car. The bill from April 2000 documents the work done in repairing the area around the rear portion of the offside front wing & explains why this part is a slightly different shade of red. The bill from June 2002 documents a larger portion of work done, including the repairs then made to the front under bonnet area. It also mentions the replacement of the clutch at that time as well.
Restoration Notes
Some running repairs were made to the car when last on the road around 2002, but no fully restoration.
