DESCRIPTION

This 1977 Series III 88" is a special example of the iconic British off-roader, benefiting from an upgrade to electric power
Fully restored by John Brown 4x4 Ltd, the leading supplier of classic Landrovers in the UK, to ‘James Bond’ specification and then subsequently converted to pure electric by Clean Classics Ltd of Ashford in Kent
This was achieved by removing the original combustion engine, gearbox, fuel tank, fuel lines and exhaust and replacing them with a 24kWh Nissan Leaf electric motor, inverter and NCM batteries producing 80kW of power and 250Nm of torque
Now benefitting from no congestion, ULEZ or road tax charges, with free resident's parking in many London boroughs
Finished in Marine Blue with a Sand canvas top and sitting on 750 tyres on Limestone rims, accompanied by bonnet-mounted spare, with galvanised bumper, colour-coded lamp surrounds and Defender mirrors for additional visibility
The interior houses black vinyl seating for seven in all new standard seats – three in the front, with twin benches to the rear. Deluxe matting is fitted throughout.

Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact post-sale to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back from you by 5pm on Sunday evening, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
