SUMMARY
Rare 2.7-litre 911S Targa (1974-77) sporting later bodywork and offered fresh from a full service.
DESCRIPTION
- This left-hand drive 911S Targa was originally US-registered in July 1977, subsequently returned to Germany and was imported into the UK and first registered with the DVLA in 2021
- Powered by naturally aspirated 2.7-litre air-cooled flat-six, delivering around 173bhp to the rear wheels via a Type 915 5-speed manual transmission
- Now fitted with a wide body 964-style body kit and finished in Guards Red with the traditional black Targa panel
- Traditional early 911 5-dial dashboard with the odometer reading 62,632 miles
- Supplied with a comprehensive history file, including a recent full service in February 2025 by Porsche specialists
- Whilst not for the purist, this 964-bodied car is a good looking Porsche and is based on a 1977 2.7 'S', a valuable car in its own right. With 173bhp, a 5-speed gearbox, well presented in Guards Red and fresh from a recent service, this is a desirable 911 and looks like a lot of fun
