An older restoration of Honda's heavyweight CBX that continues to present well.
DESCRIPTION
- Launched in naked twin-shock trim in 1978 as the world's first 1,000cc production six-cylinder motorcycle
- Benelli was the first manufacturer with a six-cylinder engine but Honda produced the biggest and the fastest
- Weighing around 550lbs and with 105bhp, the CBX was capable of 130mph and could do a standing quarter mile in 12 seconds
- This is a UK bike that was purchased by our vendor in 2020 having been stored for ten years
- Showing 27,800 recorded miles
- Frame and engine numbers match the V5. Non-original exhaust and rear shocks
- Professionally restored in the past with receipts on file. Some light paint patination
- 'Starts, runs and rides. Mechanically good with a recent service and a current MOT'
