Roger Quemby built Laverda 500 SCF Barcelona Endurance Replica.
DESCRIPTION
- The 1980s were the heyday for motorcycle endurance racing with big events such as Le Mans and Bol d'Or
- Most manufacturers created endurance machines to compete but none looked as good or went as well as the machines built in-period by Laverda
- This fabulous 'scratch built' 500 SCF Barcelona Endurance Replica is presented in almost "as new" condition and finished to a very high standard
- The donor frame was stripped, refinished and then rebuilt by Alumacraft in Walsall
- Bespoke Maxton rear shocks, resprung original front forks and rebuilt Brembo calipers
- Front SCF fairing by Serbian Laverda specialist Boba Vukomanovic and rear fibreglass seat panel by Melton Fibreglass
- The engine was built by Keith Nairn of Laverda Scozia, with a 270 degrees lightened and balanced crankshaft, Ross pistons on stock con-rods and 36mm Montjuic spec Dell'Orto carburettors
- KC front lights, clip-on bars and rear sets give the bike a true 1980s endurance flavour
- Set up for fast road use with 50bhp and more available if race tuned
- Classic Bike featured in December 2015 with copy included
- Extensive history file included containing copy parts and workshop manuals, numerous receipts and old MOT's
- Not used for last few months so may require some light recommissioning before road use
- UK-registered on a current V5C

Please note all motorcycles must be out of the venue by midday on Monday 20th February due to venue restrictions.
We are permitted to remove a limited number of motorcycles after the auction on Saturday (between 6pm – 8pm) and after the show closes on Sunday 19th February (between 5pm – 7pm).
Please note Motorcycles cannot be removed from the hall during live event hours.
All other motorcycles must be removed from the venue between 9am – 11am on Monday 20th February.

Any motorcycles not collected by 11am on Monday 20th February will be taken to our transport partners’ facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £125 + VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 per day thereafter.
