Purchased by our vendor, who has raced the Porsche marque for over thirty years, however a demanding business has changed his priorities, which means this special build is now available offering many motorsport options. It has undergone a comprehensive transformation from a road car to the specification below at a cost of approximately £60,000 with most of the work conducted by Steve Winter's JAZ Porsche Specialists concern. The engine was enlarged to a 3.4-litres incorporating 964 camshafts, racing valves and tensioners and now produces 250bhp (the class limit for his chosen championship) with engine build costs alone in the region of £25,000. It has a fully welded-in cage, Bilstein suspension and JZR double adjustable race dampers and is smartly presented in Black with Red Carrera CS graphics. The original Fuchs wheels (7 and 8 inch x 15 inch) are colour-coded red and wear a set of Toyo 888Rs.

The car is currently UK road-registered opening up the possibility of track days, hill-climbs or even road rallies but whatever you choose, this well-prepared SC is likely to be very competitive.
