SUMMARY
Cult status, very collectable and just over 15,000 miles from new.
DESCRIPTION
- Released in 1980 as an extension of the earlier RD250 it very quickly became a two-stroke icon and, consequently, is very collectable today
- The RD250LC was learner-legal in 1980 and developed a reputation as a 'naughtY boy', partly why there are so few left
- This example was fully restored in the early 2000s by Woods Motorcycles of Abergele
- Fitted with period-correct Yamaha 'Pro-Am' nosecone fairing and belly pan accessories, painted to match
- Re-registered in 2013 but has paperwork and MOT history prior to this following the restoration
- History includes some old MOTs, a certificate from the VJMC and old magazines featuring the model
- Supplied with an original Owners Manual, original toolkit, and a Haynes manual
- Starts and runs with no known faults, may require a light recommissioning
- Odometer reads 15,068 miles which aligns with MOT history from before 2007
