DESCRIPTION
- Yamaha had huge success developing competitive trials machines in the 1970s and 1980s following countless wins in road and motocross spheres
- Under the supervision of Mick Andrews, the TY was a very popular machine and proved a massive hit in the UK following the Scottish Six Days Trial
- This matching numbers example appears complete with all original parts and accessories, including very rare headlight unit and speedometer and even the spark plug cap and exhaust
- Showing very few signs of use with minimal scratching to the plastics and no damage to the fuel tank or seat
- Supplied with a rare and period-correct genuine Yamaha reserve fuel tank (as pictured)
- Starts and runs with no known faults but may require some recommissioning before use

Motorcycles are available to collect after the auction until 6pm, and then from 10am until 2pm on Monday 31st July from: The Discovery Hub, The Shuttleworth Collection, Alder Drive, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9EP (please use the gate off Hill Lane).
Full payment must be received before any item is available to be released.

Any motorcycles not collected by 2pm on Monday 31st July will be taken to our transport partners facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £110 plus VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
