DESCRIPTION
- Built between 1979 and 1982, total SB3 production numbered 402
- It was fitted with the Suzuki GS1000 engine and was lighter and faster that the GS
- What was not in doubt, was the fact that it was the fastest production bike of the day
- Air/oil-cooled, four-stroke, 987cc, transverse four-cylinder producing 87bhp/84 Nm
- Aimed initially at the German market, this is one of the few registered new in the UK
- Correct numbers, mostly unrestored and original and in running order
- Two previous owners and UK registered on a V5C
