A very well-built and dramatically-presented custom bike featured in numerous magazines.

DESCRIPTION

Inspired by Japanese culture and the custom chopper bike scene, this bike is appropriately named 'Ronin' which relates to the Samurai
Nearly every component has been customised or modified in some way to create a truly one-of-a-kind bike
The engine is believed to be from 1980. Exact mileage is unknown but it has been fully rebuilt
Has had very little use since being built
Used as a display piece by its current owner so may require some light recommissioning
Build break down as follows:
- 750cc big-bore kit by Smedspeed
- Standard XS650 head
- Mikuni TM34 Flatside carbs with custom manifold by Smedspeed
- Velocity stack air intakes by Steel Dragon Performance
- Custom electronic ignition by Heiden Tuning
- Dual 1 3/4" stainless steel exhaust pipes by John Campbell
- Zero Engineering style Big Tube (1 1/4") Gooseneck frame by Fenland Choppers with 37 degree rake
- BMW Denfeld seat suspension
- Kustom Tech Star floating rotors with Brembo callipers
- DNA Springer forks/yokes
- Grimeca front master cylinder, Brembo rear
- Venhill brake lines
- Tomaselli Z-bars, grips and speed throttle
- Respoked 16 inch Harley Davidson wheels paired to 130/90-16 Avon AM20 tyres
- Custom sprocket by sprockets unlimited
- Motogadget MST speedo
- Custom sissybar and seatpan by Fenland Choppers
- Bates-style upholstered seat by Caulfield Leather
- Laser cut headlight bracket
- Original BSA C15 fuel tank (resealed)
- Lucas SSU 700/P1 headlight with original bakelight switch on a modified Triumph X75 headlight bracket
- Easy riders twin rib rear mudguard
- Cadillac rear light (with LED internals) within a modified original 1914 German Brass artillery shell (77mm)
- Late 70s Shovelhead oil tank modified to be the battery box
- Engraved alternator cover by Tony Reynolds with 'Ronin' in Japanese
- Handbuilt PMA charging system
- Samurai colour scheme: Red metal-flake with gold accents

Please note all motorcycles must be out of the venue by midday on Monday 20^th February due to venue restrictions.

We are permitted to remove a limited number of motorcycles after the auction on Saturday (between 6pm – 8pm) and after the show closes on Sunday 19^th February (between 5pm – 7pm).

Please note Motorcycles cannot be removed from the hall during live event hours.

All other motorcycles must be removed from the venue between 9am – 11am on Monday 20^th February.

Any motorcycles not collected by 11am on Monday 20^th February will be taken to our transport partners’ facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £125 + VAT, including 3 days storage. Storage will be charged at £10 per day thereafter.
