DESCRIPTION
- Introduced towards the end of the Mk1 GTi’s production, and only available with three-door 'hatch' bodywork, around 1,000 ‘Campaign Edition’ models were produced for the UK
- They featured a factory-installed sliding sun roof, green-tinted glass all round, matt black A-pillars, a four-light front grille with inner fog lights and 14" Pirelli alloy wheels
- This is an original UK-supplied car in Diamond Silver that was first registered on 03/11/1983
- From seven years current ownership, it's had three previous registered keepers and has covered 76,815 miles from new (at time of cataloguing)

Folder full of history and original books/manuals and spare keys. The Golf was purchased on 03/11/1983 complete with the factory fitted BBS Body kit. History comes with the original bill of sale. Mrs M Pattinson purchased the car on 03/11/1983 and sold it on 29/01/2006 and was purchased by Mr N Khan The vehicle was then sold to Mr S. Garrett on 17/12/2007 who kept he vehicle until we purchased it on the 04/10/2016 to be part of our private collection and kept in dry storage since. Only 4 owners from new. The vehicle has only covered 77,821 miles and has MOT history from new together with documented VW service invoices. The vehicle had a fresh MOT and service on 13/03/2023 and had one minor advisory which has since been rectified. We also have fitted 4 new Pirelli tyres. In my opinion the vehicle is completely standard as it left the factory and is in very good original condition, inside and out.
