Superbly restored a few years ago, this rare XR4i continues to present well and is one of the best we have seen.
DESCRIPTION
- Introduced in 1983, the high performance XR4i utilised the same 2.8-litre Cologne V6 and 5-speed gearbox as the Capri 2.8 Injection fitted in a restyled version of the three-door Sierra bodyshell
- The double rear spoiler and multi-pillared rear windows were considered over-styled by some prospective buyers and at the time, the car did not achieve the cult following of its smaller siblings
- With the passing of time however, these now rare cars are becoming increasingly sought after
- First registered in 1984, this example has had just three previous keepers and has undergone a previous full restoration
- Superbly presented in Diamond White over light grey velour trim with red piping around dash inserts and centre console, it sits on 14" 'pepper pot' alloys
- Part of a private Collection for the past five years with minimal use so may require some recommissioning before regular use
- Supplied with its original handbooks, extensive history and a photo album detailing the restoration

Vehicles can be collected from the Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN on Sunday 8th December between 10am and 3pm and Monday 9th December between 9am and 1pm.

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 9th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £175 plus VAT for a standard size vehicle or £275 plus VAT for a large vehicle (transit van/campervan etc.). Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
