This lovely period 280SL Lefthand drive Mercedes provides quality open-top motoring in a timeless motorcar perhaps most famous for its near bulletproof powerplant. The 2.8L six-cylinder engine is considered by many the favoured in the range as it returns the highest fuel economy, whilst also propelling the car comfortably in modern traffic. The Gold bodywork with matching hard-top and good quality dark hood are all in excellent order. The really lovely chocolate-coloured leather interior is spotless with good carpets to boot.
