The car was purchased for $15,250 and imported from USA in August 2013 at a cost of $4400. All taxes paid and VAT receipts enclosed at a cost of £3500

It went to South West Lotus Centre where it went through a very thorough check and converted to European spec, the bumpers, lights and emission. The engine was taken out after the conversion was found to be in excellent condition and needed simple tuning. A new clutch and all belts replaced. When painting the new bumpers other areas were also painted to give the car a perfect look. Esprit Turbo decals were added to complete the authentic look. At a cost of £12500

After the restoration I installed a Pioneer stereo and a grade 1 alarm system and upgraded to central locking doors. Cost £1320

2 Pirellis were fitted to the front 3 days ago. Cost £146

The car covered less than 1000 miles since arriving to UK. All bills and receipts are included. The original manual and turbo book are included.

All car documents are included, MOT certificates, Log Book. The car has just over 47,000 genuine miles.

The clock works but the buttons don't respond so cannot be reset

There is a small tear on top of the glove box. The leather of the glove box cover can be changed very easily.
