DESCRIPTION
- Introduced in 1985, the 300SL was powered by the 2,962cc M103.982, single-cam straight-six with KE-Jetronic injection offering 188bhp, 192lb/ft and 128mph
- This example is attractively presented in Arctic White with a smart red MB-Tex and red/orange check cloth interior with the rear seat option
- The car's history file details a total of 19 services recorded from the PDI on 11/07/86 to 15/04/21 @ 74,423 miles
- It was subject to major attention by A1 Restoration Services from May to September 2021 totalling £7,061.87 and including a new windscreen, Anti Roll Bar Drop Link Bushes, Rear Bumper Exchange and Refurb, chrome trim, Bulkhead Repair and Replace, Front Prop Shaft Coupling, bodywork, paintwork, wheel bearings, and brake discs
- More recently, the well respected SL Shop have been entrusted with the car and there are invoices totalling £5,827.19 in the file for work which includes sorting a misfire, new light module, and various service items
