DESCRIPTION
- In 1975, changes to motorcycle licensing requirements in Japan resulted in the 400cc class being the main market for Japanese riders
- At the forefront of the sportsbike class was the Honda VFR400R which, over four generations, created a cult following that thrives to this day
- This 1987 import has covered 20,039km (12,451 miles) in it 37 year life and has some age related wear and tear marks
- Powered by a V-four 16-valve 399cc engine producing 62bhp
- This bike is in standard unrestored condition and confirmed running
