SUMMARY
A fully restored example of the ground-breaking 1980s turbo.
DESCRIPTION
- Produced in the middle to late 1980s, the ZX750-E2 was officially the fastest production motorcycle in the world at the time
- Powered by a 738cc, air-cooled, transverse DOHC four-cyclinder generating 112bhp
- UK-registered from new, this example is superbly presented in Ebony over Firecracker Red
- It has undergone a photo-documented, full nut and bolt restoration within the last five years using OEM parts where possible
- All bearings and seals have been replaced, with engine seals being uprated to ZR7 spec and the clutch rubbers being replaced correctly
- The turbo has been serviced by Charlie Brown (specialist in Florida) and functions well
- Other upgrades include black stainless steel fixings throughout, Hagon rear shock, EBC brakes and clutch plates and a perfectly remanufactured black chrome exhaust
- Just 43,444 miles from new and supplied with all the restoration invoices and some old MOTs
- Built in 1985 and registered in 1987
