SUMMARY
Recently refreshed, this Series 1 post-facelift car would be a great entry into the world of Porsche transaxle ownership.
DESCRIPTION
- Registered in 1988, this Series 1 post-facelift car is powered by the 158bhp, 2.5-litre, 8-valve M44/40 engine mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox
- It's first owner was a BBC producer before being sold on to a private individual who used it up until 2005, when it was placed into dry storage
- It was not used much by its third owner and when it was acquired by our vendor in 2022, it was in need of a little TLC
- He commissioned Coopers to carry out the work which included a full respray in Zermatt Silver metallic, a full interior refresh in brown leather and cloth with white pinstripes on the seat centres, black carpets, and matching door cards. The rare 16'' 'tele-dial' wheels were also refurbished
- It retains its original stereo unit, but has been fitted with a Protipo steering wheel although the original is with the car
- Supplied with its original Bill of Sale, original handbooks, invoices for work carried out and its tool kit
