DESCRIPTION
- The Ténéré was named after the most gruelling Saharan stage of the Paris-Dakar Rally
- Powered by a four-stroke, 4-valve 595cc single, offering 46bhp and 51Nm
- The XT600Z (3AJ) from 1988/89 with twin headlights and electric start was the last, and some say the best, of Yamaha's range of desert-ready, single cylinder 600s
- This example is presented in good running order and ready to go according to its current owner
- Imported from Greece in 2021 and used in the 2023 Sandraiders event in Morroco
- Prepared for the event at a cost of £2,000
- Tank and cowling have been repainted post race but the sand from the event has been left on the bike!
- The bike ran trouble free throughout the race and starts first time on the electric start, it still sports the race numbers
- Great addition to any good off-road collection

CONTACTAll motorcycles must be removed from the NEC between 9am and 2pm on Monday 13th November. Full payment must be received before any items are available to be released.
A member of the administration team will contact you to confirm your transport plans. If we do not hear back from you by 9am on Monday 13th we will arrange for our transport partner, Moving Motorcycles to collect the motorcycle on your behalf and take it to their storage facility in Northamptonshire for a fee of £120 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day thereafter.
