SUMMARY
Red wing 'full power' US-market RC30.
DESCRIPTION
- Developed by Honda with one aim in mind - to win the World Superbike Championship
- Built with a twin-spar alloy beam frame, 16-valve V4 engine with gear-driven cams, close-ratio 6-speed gearbox and 4-pot front brake calipers
- Famously ridden to victory by Carl Fogarty in the TT World Championship in 1988 and 1989
- Twice as expensive at £8,499 as its other 750cc race-replica super-sport rivals
- Bike magazine wrote 'No other bike from the late-1980s is lusted after like the RC30'
- Presented in very original condition and in good running order
- Showing only 9,600 recorded miles and complete with its original handbook, two keys, original stand and complete original tool roll
- Imported from Florida in 2021 and now UK-registered with copies of its NOVA and shipping invoices
- Photos from its previous owner showing old US title and various other photos included as pictured
- Previous owner, Bobby Carpenter, was the son of a Honda dealer and bought the bike as reminder of his late father
- Stored indoors in the USA and rarely used before being sold to our vendor
- Great addition to any Honda collection and very rare in the UK as a 'full power' US-market example
- UK-registered on a current V5C and MOT'd until 14/09/2024
