One of the most original Honda RC30s currently available.
DESCRIPTION
- Developed by Honda with one aim in mind - to win the World Superbike Championship
- Built with a twin-spar alloy beam frame, 16-valve V4 engine with gear-driven cams, close-ratio 6-speed gearbox and 4-pot front brake calipers
- Famously ridden to victory by Carl Fogarty in the TT World Championship in 1988 and 1989
- Twice as expensive at £8,499 as its other 750cc race-replica super-sport rivals
- Bike Magazine wrote "No other bike from the late 1980s is lusted after like the RC30"
- This 'red wing' 1991 example is presented in very original and unrestored condition
- UK-registered from new, same owner since 2011 and has covered a mere 9,000 original miles
- Complete with its original paddock stand, owners handbook, service book, 2 keys, tool kit, old MOTs, old V5Cs, various period newspaper and magazine articles along with numerous receipts
- Original paintwork showing some micro blisters in the lacquer
- Stored for the last two years so may need some light recommissioning before use
