SUMMARY
A rare, UK-supplied 'UR' S6 Quattro from long-term ownership. To be sold with 'No Reserve'.
DESCRIPTION
- The C4 range of saloons and estates, produced between 1994-1997, was a complete redesign of the fifth-generation Audi 100
- On its debut, the S6 Avant was amongst the quickest German estates you could buy, hitting 60mph in 6.1 seconds on its way to 151mph
- It featured a 227bhp, turbocharged 2.2-Litre inline-five-cylinder, a six-speed manual gearbox and Audi’s well-established Quattro all-wheel drive with the Torsen centre-differential
- This good-looking example is finished in Laser Red and we understand was part of Audi's Press Fleet at some point
- The black leather and Charcoal Alcantara interior has stood the test of time well and was originally optioned with what our vendor believes was called the 'Optics Pack' including carbon fibre trim and other cosmetic differences
- Presented well in a very usable condition, it's had a documented speedometer head change some time ago and has an extensive history file

Passenger side door lock is temperamental. As is often the case with Audi of this era the binnacle failed around 207,000 miles and was replaced with one showing 80,000+ as shown on MOT history so mileage cannot be confirmed

Remarks
Lots of early stamps in service book showing Audi dealership history, more latterly Mots and more.
