SUMMARY
Mean, moody and magnificent in Carbon Black. An original UK right-hand drive, manual gearbox car, Park Lane-supplied and just over 56,000 miles from new.
DESCRIPTION
- BMW's fourth-generation 5-Series, codenamed the E39, was launched in 1999 as a largely fresh design and was the first to feature a V8 engine
- The 394bhp S62 V8 was mated to a Getrag Type-D, 6-speed manual transmission and the suspension shared its basic MacPherson strut/multi-link design with the V8-engined E39 5-Series
- Supplied new by BMW Park Lane in 416 Carbon Black Metallic with red/black (Z1XX) BMW Individual Upholstery
- Options from new include; Sun protection glass, Bruyere Club Wood Trim, Z41 Communications Pack. Total cost new was £56,000
- 56,135 miles indicated. One former registered keeper. Supplied with the original new vehicle invoice from BMW Park Lane, stamped service book /book pack, service invoices, and also a printout issued by BMW Battersea that logs all the visits and work carried out and costings on the car from 2003 until 2019
- The car is on offer from our vendor's late father's estate. It appears to have sustained some minor damage to the sills, wheel arches and alloys. Nothing major but it will have to be addressed so we encourage prospective bidders to have a look for themselves and the car is guided accordingly
- The car is UK-registered and HPI clear however the V5C registration logbook has been misplaced, and therefore application for a new V5C will be the buyer’s responsibility.
- This is an exciting opportunity to acquire a low-mileage, low-ownership, manual gearbox E39 M5 Individual that appears sensibly guided
