DESCRIPTION
- The R1150RS was produced by BMW from 2001 to 2005 and succeeded the fantastic R1100RS
- More than just an increase in capacity, the R1150RS was the first BMW bike to use the boxer flat-twin with oil-cooled, 4-valve heads and was fitted with a six-speed gearbox
- It used a frameless design, the engine being a stressed member with the 'TeleLever' front suspension mounted directly to the front of the engine with a rear subframe for the rider and low maintenance paralever shaft rear-drive system
- This example is well equipped with lockable and removable side panniers, top box, heated grips, adjustable screen and ABS brakes
- Confirmed running, it remains in good overall original condition having covered 67,052 miles
- Supplied with its current V5C, original service and warranty books along with some service receipts and MOT history
