Unveiled at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show, the Ian Callum-designed Vanquish was an instant sales success and the fact that it was James Bond's transport of choice only added to the appeal. Featuring a 6.0-litre V12 generating nearly 450bhp mated to a six-speed paddle shift gearbox, the car sat proudly at the top of Aston's range throughout its seven years of production. Aston Martin's position as the ultimate makers of British sports cars continues, bolstered by the muscular Vanquish, and when sprinkled with a little magic from the James Bond- 'Die Another Day' connection, the image was complete.
This Aston Martin Vanquish V12 is a 2+2 model, supplied new in the UK to its first owner on 1st March 2003. Finished in Tungsten Silver with a dark and light grey interior, the car features such options as red brake callipers, satellite navigation, rear parking sensors, 'Powerfold' exterior mirrors, and a telephone-integral system.
The driver's manual and service records are contained in the Owner's File showing that, after its PDI, the car has been serviced by a main dealer 6 times, the most recent of which was completed on May 2018 at 29,056 miles by Aston Martin Nottingham. A host of invoices are included in the history file as is the UK V5c and the car is MoT tested until 16th April 2019.
Now showing just 29,129 miles on the odometer, this striking Vanquish will ensure that you stand out from the crowd in an appreciating contemporary classic.
