DESCRIPTION
- The words 'base model' don't really work with a car such as a Mercedes SL, but that is essentially what this newcomer (in 2003) was
- Priced then at £56,340, it was some £11,450 less than the SL500 - despite identical looks
- Auto Express said 'With 245bhp from its 3.7 litres, the SL350 is far from underpowered, and it is also less thirsty than the SL500, averaging 24.6mpg. The V8 'woofle' may not be present, now replaced by a smooth, sporty six-pot 'hum'. The V6, connected to a 6-speed Sequentronic manual transmission, is barely any slower than the V8, and the small pace deficit could be due to the more conventional chassis set up, and with the lighter engine the car feels more incisive in corners than the V8'

Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact on Sunday to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back by 9am on Monday morning, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
