All three of Ayrton Senna's Formula One World Championships with McLaren were powered by Honda engines. It's no surprise then that he was their favourite son, and was gifted an NSX which still remains in the possession of the Senna family. He had been involved with the on-going development of the car and his recommendations had been implemented in the production process, most notably the stiffening of the aluminium monocoque, a production car first. The Honda NSX was an engineering masterpiece with the famous Honda VTEC engine technology and handling that surpassed all its supercar rivals. After all, his NSX did remain one of the most cherished possessions of the greatest race driver of our generation.
The 'Facelift' cars are very rare with just 85 sold in the UK between 2002 and 2005. This example has clearly led a pampered life since leaving the showroom in 2004 and is said to have been exercised regularly, stored correctly and maintained regardless of mileage or cost. No less than 12 Honda main dealer service stamps can be found in the service book with corresponding paper invoices located in the history file. Specified from new with cruise control, air conditioning, climate control and full onyx perforated leather, the car also benefits from a more modern 'Category 1' security system. Also in the history file, you will discover a letter from Inchcape Honda confirming that they had hand-picked this car in 2008 due to its outstanding condition and planned to use it as a centrepiece in their newly opened Romford Showroom.
Probably unrepeatable, this UK-delivered, RHD manual gearbox NSX with fully documented history, very low mileage (16,928Miles) and presented in arguably the best colour combination of Formula Red on Black Onyx perforated leather is not to be missed,

and midday by prior appointment. After this time it can be collected from our offices in
Warwickshire or shipped to you at your expense.
