2004 Mitsubishi Evo 8 FQ300

Introduced in 2003, the Mitsubishi Evo VIII FQ-300 (the eighth generation Evo) was described by those in the know as one of the best drivers cars on the market at the time. The FQ 300 'pocket rocket' was exclusive to the UK market and production was limited to just 900 cars. Costing just £28,995, it was regarded as a real 'super car' bargain.

The FQ-300 engine is a further developed version of the 4G63 and came with a redesigned turbocharger and inlet manifold plus larger intercooler. Rated at 220 kW; 300 Hp at 6,500 rpm and 407 N.m (300 lb ft) at 3,500 rpm.

According to Mitsubishi's timings, the FQ-300 will do 0-62 in just 4.9 seconds and go on to a top speed of 157 mph.

'WX04 JCZ' has only covered the very low mileage of 28,239 miles over it's life. The car has a service history that shows correct services at 5,000 mile intervals and with Ralliart approved dealers. The current owner has a large and varied collection of cars and recently the FQ-300 has been garaged as part of his collection and registered SORN.
