SUMMARY
BMW's ballistic 507bhp E60 M5 looking fabulous in Silverstone Silver.
DESCRIPTION
- The fastest saloon in the world at launch, the 5-litre, 507bhp, V10, E60 M5 was rather special
- Peak power arrived at 7,750rpm and this was fed through a 7-speed SMG Drivelogic gearbox
- Performance was sensational with 62mph appearing in 4.5 seconds and, with the speed limiter deactivated, 203mph was theoretically possible
- This super example is finished in Silverstone II Silver metallic over a Silverstone II Merino leather cabin and sits on a set of bespoke 19" diamond-cut ‘Style 167’ alloy wheels
- The comprehensive service history confirms 15 main dealer services up to 8/09/2021 at 83,223 miles and a specialist thereafter
- Current indicated mileage is 85,250 and the MOT is valid until May 2024
- Supplied with an extensive folder of history with invoices, the original book pack, current V5C and MOT Certificate
- Chris Bangle's styling was a little divisive when the car was launched but over time the E60 just seems to get better looking
