DESCRIPTION
Prodrive is a world-leading motorsport and advanced technology business which has been involved in some of the most memorable moments in motorsport history. Perhaps the most iconic moment in the company's history was Colin McRae's victory on the RAC Rally in 1995, making him Britain's first World Rally Champion and bringing Subaru the first of three consecutive manufacturers' titles. Prodrive's success in rallying is mirrored by their success in circuit racing, a discipline they started in 1987 by running BMW's entry in the British Touring Car Championship. Since 2005 Prodrive have successfully been running the Aston Martin Racing programme, with the manufacture and sale of Aston Martin GT1, GT2, GT3 and GT4 racing cars.
On offer here is an early Vantage V8 GT4, chassis #16, that’s been used as intended throughout its busy life. The car has enjoyed many of the upgraded packages that Prodrive offered including the updates ABS/TC system, larger Endurance brakes, two seats and it now runs a later-spec 4.7-litre V8.
The car has been stored and looked after in recent years by local motorsport specialists, although it hasn’t been used in anger for the past few seasons. Offered at a very competitive estimate when you consider the variety of worldwide motorsport options available to this car, this looks like a very tempting proposition.

Due to venue restrictions, all vehicles must be collected on Monday 26th August between 9am and 2pm.
Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact on Sunday to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back from you by 5pm on Sunday evening, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
