DESCRIPTION
Background:
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Estate is a high-performance version of the C-Class estate, blending AMG’s signature power with everyday practicality. It was first introduced at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, marking its official debut for the global market, particularly targeting Europe and North America where performance estates have a strong following.
Beneath the bonnet, the C63 AMG Estate is powered by a 6.2-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine, delivering 457bhp and 600Nm of torque. This thundering power unit allows the estate to hurtle from 0-60mph in just 4.5 seconds, making it one of the fastest estate cars in its class and a genuine Supercar-bothering load-lugger.
To keep this not-inconsiderable urge in check, the C63 naturally comes equipped with AMG-tuned suspension, high-performance brakes and a distinctive AMG body kit. The interior features leather sports seats, carbon fibre accents and advanced infotainment, combining performance with luxury. This iron fist definitely nestles in a velvet glove.
Designed for driving enthusiasts who need the practicality of an estate, it competes with models like the Audi RS4 Avant and BMW M3 Touring, offering both speed and space.
The car:
This glistening white C63 AMG Estate was delivered new to Japan. Import duties on foreign cars mean higher prices than in Europe, ensuring that vehicles like this are really for the well heeled and as a result, this really is an immaculate machine.
This 2013 Designo Edition example was incredibly highly specified by its original owner and the build sheet which accompanies it is as lengthy as it is detailed. With pearlescent white coachwork and black and red Designo interior trim, it will always stand out from the crowd. The Build sheet can be seen on the photos as there is quite simply too much to list.
