DESCRIPTION
To celebrate the release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time to Die, Aston Martin released two exclusive 007 special editions inspired by the cars featured in the film. The DBS 007 Edition and the Vantage 007 Edition, each of which was offered in limited numbers, were carefully designed and crafted by the experts in Aston Martin’s bespoke division - Q by Aston Martin.
According to the Aston martin website - 'Strictly limited to just 25 production cars available worldwide and featuring the same specification as the muscular DBS featured in the film, the car has a suitably menacing road presence. Inside, the cockpit of this DBS Superleggera is a dark, brooding, leather-clad environment with flashes of red detailing the outline of the seats. Subtle 007 branding can be found on the door cards, armrest buckle badge and on the rear sub-woofer cover. The car is finished with a sill plaque that recognises it is one of just 25 DBS Superleggera 007 Editions. Built on the foundation of the powerful DBS Superleggera, the 007 Edition boasts a 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 engine, delivering an exhilarating 715bhp.
The DBS 007 Edition adds a raft of styling and design enhancements that further elevate its appeal. The car sports special Ceramic Grey exterior paint with the roof, mirror caps, splitter, diffuser and rear Aeroblade IITM featured in black tinted carbon fibre'.
On offer here is one of only six UK-supplied 007 DBS Superleggera editions and it's being offered by its only owner. The odometer was showing 2,500 miles at the time of cataloguing and the car was first registered to its current and only owner on 1st April 2021 and has been kept and well maintained in his private Collection ever since.
The car boasts Aston Martin service history with the last service taking place on 2nd January 2024 with minimal mileage since. Like Bond, the DBS 007 Edition is both elegant and fierce and owning one of the 25 means owning a piece of cinematic and automotive history.
NB: Our vendor has generously agreed to include the Cherished Registration Number, DB11 DBS, as part of the sale.
