DESCRIPTION
- This 1959 automatic example is smartly presented in Black and Claret
- Originally delivered to Australia before returning to the UK in 2005. One owner since import
- In 2016 the car was brought out of long term storage and recommissioned at a cost of £3,600 including a suspension rebuild and rebuilt steering box
- We understand that the engine was rebuilt two years ago and less than 100 miles covered since
- Jaguar Heritage Certificate, boxes of history files. Indicating 69,507 miles
- Original handbooks, original tool kit. In excess of £13k spent on maintenance over the last 5 years.
Viewing is highly recommended and vehicles will be available for viewing at the venue on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th June between 10am and 5pm, and then from 9am on Saturday 18th ahead of the auction which begins at 10.30am.

Restoration Notes
No obvious signs of welding underneath which is rare for these-the benefits of a dry Australian state. It's probably had paintwork over the years. Engine just rebuilt 2 years ago, less than 100 miles since but no paperwork for this.

Originally delivered to Australia in 1959, stayed in a dry state over there until i imported it back to the UK in circa 2005
