A very well presented, fully restored example of the rally-inspired, limited edition Japanese performance hero.
DESCRIPTION
- Number 483 of just 1,000 built, this spin-off of a spin-off of a spin-off was created to celebrate the mid-1990s period of success in the World Rally Championship under the iconic yellow '555' branding
- Imported in 2003, it's believed to have been off the road between 2010 and 2020, at which point it was subject to a two-part major restoration with an outlay of c.£25,000 (see Condition Report)
- Powered by its rebuilt 2-litre EJ207 flat-four turbo, producing around 300bhp and driving all four wheels through a 5-speed short-ratio (4.44 final drive) manual gearbox
- Finished in Sonic Blue (74F) and featuring the correct blue synthetic suede and cloth-trimmed front seats, embroidered with '555'
- Supplied with photographic evidence of the work carried out and the relevant detailed invoices
- Just 1,000 of this limited edition were scheduled to be built, however it may have been a few less. Nevertheless, they are a very rare sight on UK roads

Brand new closed deck block supplied by Subaru with updated internals including ARP head studs, Omega pistons, Manley rods, ACL bearings, Cosworth oil pump and RCM cambelt fitted in 2021 at a cost of £15,000. With the mechanical parts being fitted with OEM where possible.

Due to venue restrictions, all vehicles must be collected on Monday 25th March between 9am and 2pm.
Any vehicles not collected by this time will be transported to a secure storage facility in Northampton by our transport partner EM Rogers, the charges for which are £175 plus VAT for removal and £10 plus VAT per day for storage. We will make contact on Sunday to confirm how you will be removing your vehicle(s). If we do not hear back by 9am on Monday morning, we will arrange collection with EM Rogers on your behalf.
