JDM Cars - why now is a good time to sell

There is a borderline level of confusion on how these cars have soared in price in such a short period of time, with cars such as the AE86 Corolla, Supra and Nissan GT-Rs
all being recalled to being worth just a few thousand pounds until as recently as 2016, in comparison to the world record prices we’re seeing and setting these days.

Their supercar killing performance has always drawn a following, especially with their endless scope for modifications both visually and mechanically, and their
significant influence over a generation who grew up watching Fast and Furious, playing Gran Turismo and Need for Speed who will recall these JDM halo cars with fond memories.

The JDM story is very similar to what happened with Fast Fords - when car values dropped and were relatively small, many cars were ragged about, crashed,
scrapped, rusted away, or broken for parts, meaning the good surviving/restored examples nowadays rightfully command a premium. The upward trend in
popularity and desirability of these JDM cars, has been timed to perfection with the cars becoming rarer, which has led to their exceptional sales results.
