DESCRIPTION
Background:
The Yamaha R6 has been a dominant force in the 600cc superbike world since its introduction in 1999, renowned for its precision handling, powerful inline-four engine and race-ready performance.
The Motorcycle:
We are delighted to offer this Yamaha R6 Superstock bike, a 2023 model that stands out as one of the few in Europe. The bike comes with a professional racing configuration, meticulously prepared by Pro Ride Motorsports.
This machine is a 2023 model, imported from Japan, and boasts a remarkable racing pedigree. It competed in the final round of the Japanese Championship at Suzuka in 2023 and later in the Spanish Superstock 600 Championship at Jerez in 2024, where it secured a podium finish with Japanese rider Sho Nishimura.
The specification comprises:
- Chassis & Fairings: Complete fibreglass fairings, Fabbri racing windscreen, neoprene seat with fibreglass base.
- Engine & Exhaust: Original Yamaha engine from its Japanese debut at Suzuka, paired with a Spark full racing exhaust.
- Suspension & Handling: Professional works-team Ktech TRDSr racing front cartridges and rear shock, Öhlins steering damper, Valter Moto rearsets, and controls.
- Braking: Brembo T-Drive front discs, Brembo 19 Corsa Corta master cylinder, Brembo Z04 brake pads.
- Electronics: GYTR racing ECU and wiring loom, JetPrime buttons, Translogic quickshifter, Yamaha dash.
- Additional Components: GB Racing engine covers, Koyorad racing radiator with silicone hoses, DID ERV3 520 chain, Sunstar sprockets.
This sale includes three sets of spare rims and a large stock of new Yamaha spare parts (originally packaged), as well as additional spares from GB Racing, Fabbri, and BMC. A detailed inventory of the spare stock is available upon request.
This R6 has been carefully maintained and shows minimal signs of wear consistent with its professional use. The bike’s frame still carries scrutineering stickers from its races at Suzuka and Jerez.
Pro Ride Motorsports prepared the bike to an exceptional standard, ensuring it is race-ready and capable of competing at the highest level.
